I was raised in Georgia by a Baptist preacher and an elementary school teacher, then moved to South Carolina for college. Taking care of others in the community was bred into me as solidly as keeping strong family ties. Time on the water, fishing, swimming, camping and hiking gave me an appreciation for nature that I anxiously passed on to my own children. In, 2000, I transplanted to Kemper, Texas to be closer to my transplanted family. A series of clerical positions led me to a career as a Real Estate Law Paralegal before launching into the self-employed life of a Realtor in 2007. Since then, I’ve had the pleasure of helping friends and clients buy and sell homes, horse property, ranch land and investment property. Their success makes my life fulfilling. I am the proud mother of a grown son and daughter and two grown bonus sons, all leading their own lives. Oh! but this MeMaw thing…...someone should have told me it would be this much fun! Glyn and I have been in love since 2009...what a whirlwind of fun! We’ve explored lakes, taken cruises and traveled from one end of the States to the other, finding more and more ways to have fun together. And there’s no end in sight! Beyond work….I could sew all day and then some! My own grandmothers introduced me to this passion. If I’m working on a sewing project, you can bet my house isn’t the most presentable, because I’ve gotten caught up in something more fun! In the kitchen, you can count on my homemade pies and jelly! Fun to make AND eat!
